Every tool on ToolMagik runs using modern browser technologies:

WebAssembly & JavaScript — File processing (PDFs, images) happens on your device using your CPU
Canvas API — Image compression and manipulation without server round-trips
Web Crypto API — Password generation uses cryptographically secure randomness
Static Site Generation — Pages are pre-built for instant loading

This architecture means our costs are near zero regardless of how many people use the tools — which is why we can offer everything free without needing to upsell or restrict usage.

How We Make Money

Transparency matters. Here's exactly how ToolMagik sustains itself:

Display ads — We show a small number of non-intrusive ads. No popups, no autoplay videos, no interstitials that block your work.
Affiliate links — On some tools, we may recommend paid services (like accounting software alongside our invoice tool). These are always clearly labeled and never required.

We will never:

Sell user data (we don't have any to sell)
Add paywalls to existing free tools
Show misleading ads disguised as tool features
Add countdown timers or fake urgency

Accuracy & Responsibility

We take accuracy seriously. Our calculators use standard, published formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor for BMR, HMRC rates for stamp duty, IRS brackets for US tax, etc.). However:
